How many users can use Hesk?
One installation means one copy of Hesk software installed on a web server. It can be used by unlimited users (support staff, end-customers).
Do we have to reinstall Hesk after license purchase?
No, activating the license is as simple as registering your help desk URL and uploading the license file to your existing help desk. All your settings and tickets will remain intact.
Does the license activate any new features?
No, the license provides stated benefits such as removing Hesk powered by links and access to support. Certain features, such as the Statistics module, are available in Hesk Cloud only.
Will you install or fix Hesk for me?

Is my license valid for future Hesk updates?
Your license will work at least for all the same major version releases. For example, a license purchased for Hesk 3.7.0 will work for all Hesk 3.x.x updates. A new license may be required to upgrade to a new major version (Hesk 3.x.x to Hesk 4.x.x).
Can I upgrade from self-hosted to Hesk Cloud?
Yes, we can move your existing Hesk installation into the cloud. All your settings, tickets, and data will be preserved, and Hesk updated as needed. Please contact us to arrange the move.
