Several functions not working after update


After upgrading HESK you find that several functions are not working, such as:

  • selecting dates in Reports,
  • selection of Categories in Ticket View,
  • cannot change the default language,
  • cannot change owner,
  • cannot modify your profile,
  • and similar ...



This usually happens when you upgrade HESK but your browser is still using old (cached) Javascript files. Try this:

  1. open your HESK admin panel,
  2. force reload HESK in your browser (CTRL + F5) and try again,
  3. if still no luck, try clearing your browser cache,
  4. if still no luck, make sure you have all the correct and up-to-date Hesk files uploaded to your server.
