Yes, Hesk can be downloaded, installed and used completely free of charge. No trial periods.

Do you gather our data or sell us advertising?

No, Hesk doesn't gather any personal, usage or activity data and we do not sell you any advertising.

Anyone can download Hesk anonymously and install it on their own web server. You own all your data.

Are paid Hesk options available?

We sell inexpensive licenses for those who don't want to run the phrase and link "Powered by Help Desk Software Hesk" at the bottom of their help desk pages. If, for any reason, you want to remove this "powered by" link, you'll need to purchase a license. Some users pay the small fee because they are commercial sites and don't want their customers to know they're using a free script.

We also offer Hesk Cloud, a convenient service that takes care of all the back-end (installation, updates, server maintenance, daily backups, ...) while you focus on supporting your users. Also, Hesk Cloud includes additional features not available in the free Hesk version.
