File attachments aren't working

Solution

PHP needs permission to write into your attachments folder; on Linux servers CHMOD this folder to 777 (rwxrwxrwx).

If unsure how to (or unable to) make the attachments folder writable, please ask your hosting company to make it writable for you.



TIP: To get more info about these and other errors turn Debug mode to ON in Hesk settings!
