How can I install an additional language?

The remote help desk comes installed with English language by default. However, we can install a language pack for you at no extra cost.
 
First step:

Verify that HESK has been translated to your language here:

*** IF LANGUAGE PACK IS AVAILABLE ***

If your requested language pack exists submit a support ticket and we will install it for you. Please mention what language pack you wish installed and what your help desk URL is.



*** IF LANGUAGE PACK IS NOT AVAILABLE ***

You may translate HESK to your language by following these steps:
 
Step 1:
Download HESK installation files from
https://www.hesk.com/download.php
 
Step 2:
Translate HESK to your language by following instructions here:
https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=34

Step 3:
Place all the translated files inside a Zip or Rar archive, submit a support ticket and attach the translated files to the ticket. Our staff will then install the language for you.
