What are the limits with file attachments?

Due to server restrictions attachments are limited to a maximum 5MB (5120KB) size per attachment and a maximum 15MB size total per post.

This means your help desk can for example accept:
3 attachments at 5MB (5120KB) each
5 attachments at 3MB (3072KB) each
15 attachments at 1MB (1024KB) each

By default the following file types are supported:
*.gif, *.jpg, *.png, *.zip, *.rar, *.csv, *.doc, *.docx, *.txt, *.pdf
