I am getting SPAM to my help desk

Solution

Form SPAM is common on the Internet, but luckily HESK comes with effective tools to fight it.
 
Step 1:
Enable the anti-SPAM image. Login to your HESK administration panel, go to "Settings" and set "Use anti-SPAM image" to ON.

Step 2:
If you are still getting SPAM enable the anti-SPAM question. Login to your HESK administration panel, go to "Settings" and set "Use anti-SPAM question" to ON.
 
Then you can either write or generate an anti-SPAM question. These are simple but very effective in combating SPAM.
