» What is this?

This tool allows you to submit a usage report to HESK developers (version 2.6.0 or newer).

Usage statistics help detect common usage patterns to improve future versions of HESK.

» What is included in the report?

Usage report includes data such as:

1. HESK/PHP/MySQL version
2. Usage statistics (number of tickets, statuses, priorities, number or replies, number of administrators/staff, categories, tickets per category, umber/type of knowledgebase categories and articles, ...)
3. Anonymous settings

All the data is completely anonymous. No personal or sensitive information is being transmitted.

You may review the data before submitting it to HESK.

» HOW TO USE

1. Upload usage.php to your HESK /admin folder.

2. Login into HESK with an Administrator account.
   

3. Open admin/usage.php in your browser, for example:
   http://example.com/hesk/admin/usage.php

4. Submit your usage report.

5. You may now delete the usage.php file from the server.
