To help out the stores in the small island community in Maine, he created a simple online ordering system using HESK:

Essentially, it's a handful of customized text files for HESK that change all language in the user interface: instead of help desk vocabulary, focused on "support tickets", it shows phrases and words for "orders". People can now create an order online, the store can call them to ask for a credit card, and then deliver or prepare the order for pickup.
