This patch will update your HESK version to version 2.6.3

Follow instructions below and your settings, tickets, articles and translations will remain unmodified!

» HOW TO INSTALL

1. Backup existing HESK files.

2. Upload all included files to your HESK (overwrite existing files).

3. Open install in your browser, for example:
   http://www.yourwebsite.com/hesk/install

4. Delete install folder from the server.

Congratulations, your HESK is now updated to version 2.6.3
